Joseph Johnson was so incredibly helpful and professional. How refreshing to have employees in this line of work be compassionate and have excellent customer service. That old saying you get more flies with honey is obviously not lost on this group. Truly a pleasure working with them.

Called today and spoke with Abdul Ahmed and he was extremely helpful with my question regarding my pay off on my account. He assured me he would have his supervisor write a letter stating that the pay off was in process, which I needed to help secure another loan. Their website is easy to navigate as well.

Received a letter from this company in January 2022 over an account that should have been taken care of already. I tried to contact them via phone, voicemail, and email with no response. Without receiving any other contact, they have frozen my account and taken my college scholarship money. Still no response even though every response on here says an attorney monitors the email. Edit* Nearly a week later and I still have no response from this company. The attorney that is supposedly monitoring the emails is not doing a very good job considering how many of mine have gone unanswered.

I have been dealing with Jessica Buck for a client of mine and she was great. Our businesses are tough and it is nice to speak with someone who can keep their cool under pressure. She's the bomb!!! Thanks, Jess... RGT
