Very helpful team here. Everyone was very nice U0001f44dU0001f3fd from the time I entered the building until the time I left. Awesome U0001f44fU0001f3fd job. Most government agencies are very rude however thanks for being so pleasant and understanding.

Save yourself some frustration & time & file your complaint online, print out your claim & bring any supporting doxumentation. Instead of waiting months for an appointment, go down to the office as a walk-in. You will have to use paid parking. The closest parking garage to park will be on Marietta street, close to Jersey Mikes. From there it's about a 5 minute walk to the EEOC. Customer service from the guards to the EEOC staff was good. I went around 11am on a Monday & was seen within 20 mins, & was out in about an hour.

There's NEVER any appointments for in person or phone interviews, nobody can answer the phones. Like I've never seen such a joke for a government agency. They say there's time limits well y'all make sure to cut people out before you've even seen the case

Based on my experience, the EEOC judges are both extremely biased and incompetent. Their support staff are even more incompetent. nnIf you work for the federal government, at least in the Atlanta region, the EEOC exists only as a formality on paper, to rubber-stamp its approval of even blatant discrimination against employees. And they do that only after losing track of your case at least a half dozen times and dragging you along for many, many years before declaring you the losing side. nnIf you experience injustice, you're probably better off using a social media shame campaign to get some justice rather than relying on the EEOC. Not sure if the EEOC employees who deal with private sector cases are as bad as those who deal with the federal/public sector, but probably.
