Do not hire this attorney! He is rude and condescending. He took our money and then didn't do anything after that. He wouldn't answer phone calls, emails, or letters.

Mr. Levine is straight to the point, and if you don't have your details together when you start your consultation I can see where the abruptness can be misconstrued as rude. But he was incredibly helpful to me and gave me the advice I needed during our consultation and was very warm about my situation.

Atty Levine called me for our initial conversation while I was in a meeting for work. I excused myself from my meeting to speak to Atty Levine for the first time regarding a potential tenant rights case, and was met with very rude and unprofessional demands from Atty Levine to answer his calls promptly and to address him with a proper greeting. He then kept asking me over and over again whether I wanted to speak to him or not. After listening to his bizarre behavior, I informed him that based on his attitude, that he just lost a major customer and we would find someone else who is more professional. If you check his record, looks like he has been censured by the NC Bar Association before. I recommend that you stay away from Atty Levine, as he is obviously having major issues. I'm also reporting his behavior to the Bar for further action.

Just got off the phone with this complete jerk of a man Eric Levine. Do not waste your time. This was the first phone conversation I had with him about my situation, not only another clear arrogant priviledged lawyer, but then he tells me how its my own fault.....the first 30 seconds of a conversation with a lawyer that knows nothing about my case....he thinks this will get him business? The community is who hire lawyers, and you are not one for the people of Charlotte.

I just attempted to have a phone consultation with this lawyer after finding him online. In less than five minutes he was asking me questions that I'd already answered in a very harsh and condescending tone. (*Not a good listener ) He kept cutting me off and speaking to me as if I should know the law or exactly what he may need. Like, "MA'AM, WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY HARRASSING YOU!?" He was surprisingly so abrasive I just hung up the phone. His reviews read exactly as I thought they would. Sad.
