I was referred to the Joshua Law Group by my Realtor, Brenda Richmond. His Group turned out to be a treasure. I was selling my house in New Jersey from where I live in California. Josh and his staff were able to handle all paperwork, including signatures, via the internet. As I am a disabled, 85-year old, you can’t imagine was a miracle this was for me. It saved me a difficult, cross country trip to sell the house. Josh kept me fully apprised every step of the way, by phone calls and e-mails. He is a great communicator. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Selling my house from long distance could have been a disaster; especially since the laws pertaining to real estate sales are different In California and New Jersey. Josh was recommended to us by our real estate agent. I did a little shopping around before we decided to hire Josh, and in the end Josh had the best price. From our first phone conversation I knew I wanted to hire him. Our house buying process was a little unconventional in dealing with the seller. The entire time Josh made us feel like family. Josh Steinburg was the best attorney I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When I was selling my townhouse the buyers were a complete nightmare as well as the attorney and sellers real estate agent and Josh was on top of everything and always accessible and some how he managed to get the deal completed going through great lengths to do it at a very reasonable rate. He always advised me with sound advise of options for exiting the deal or continuing on.

I hired Mr./Mrs. Steinberg as my seller attorney in Oct. 2014 to sell my house in Cherry Hill, NJ. Then, my nightmare got started. They are very junior and unprofessional attorneys. They enjoy manipulating clients and overstepping during the whole process. Even on the closing day (Dec. 1, 2014) in the office of Integrity Title Agency, Mrs. Steinberg (a.k.a Rudow) forced me to hand out the original survey to the buyer for free. She even threatened me if I didn't do so. At last, it was the buyer attorney who stood up for me to stop this kind of "robbery in the broad light". Hire them if you are asking for trouble and nightmare.
