I would like to say that the staff is immaculate along with the nurse practitioner. Dr Brown, I was less than pleased with. Never have I ever had a doctor give me such a vague answer to what I have going on with me and then told me to google it. So now after googling it I have even more questions than I started out with. He came in rushed through my appointment, gave me a prescription but didn’t really explain why it was needed. I wish I could have seen the nurse practitioner she was super nice and welcoming. Now I have to find a new doctor, one that will take his time to explain things and not just tell me to google what I have going on with me.

I’ve been going here a long time, wonderful service but today it wasn’t all so great. The Hispanic woman in the back doing blood pressures needs more training. She took my blood pressure wrong 3 times and got inaccurate results, but wrote them down anyways. She had the tube almost to my elbow, and didn’t even notice. I took a picture but am not able to upload it. On top of that she was using unnecessary language in her place of business. She had a wonderful spirit but needs more training.

I wish I could give 0 stars! I have been waiting since 3/1/2021 to be released from this doctor and still NOTHING! His staff just continues to say call back next week, he has up until 30 days, it’s been well over 60!! How can someone force you to deal with a doctor. I hate it here!

Dr. Brown is an amazing doctor, he delivered both of my children. He was my doctor for over 10 years he made me very comfortable and answered any and all questions I've had for over 10 years. I miss having him as my doctor, my employment insurance is Kaiser. If there was an emergency and I wanted an outside opinion, I would go to doctor Brown and pay out of pocket.

My experience with Dr. Brown was great. He kept me reassured through my anxiety. My surgery was scheduled easily. It was minimally invasive and recovery was smooth. I'm really thankful for his care.
