I’m not living in Hampton Roads and had to find a lawyer for a Show Cause in Norfolk. Heather Silkstone worked my case. She was always responsive and communicated any news on my case before I even asked. It was my first time in court and her experience and expertise made me feel at ease. The judge ruled in my favor. I will definitely come back if I need a lawyer in the area.

In 2016 I met, my now, wife from Ukraine. When we met she didn't really speak English and I didn't speak Russian. After about a year of dating we wanted to explore marriage and her moving here. I sat down with Mrs Ernest who was so wonderful and passionate about what she does. It felt more like a good friend helping you through the process and not an attorney looking to run up a large bill. She went as far as to video conference with my wife who was still in Ukraine and explain everything to her in Russian after explaining things to me in English. She was very honest and upfront about exactly what things would cost at all levels and helped us through every step of our process. She and her staff were great at communication and seemed to always be there for us. I would recommend her firm for any of your immigration needs. 10/10!!!!
