There is no provision to leave a negative review. Signed with this firms more than one year ago. Have been charged well over $2,000.00. I stated my needs and goals in the intake consultation before signing, and thereafter, repeated my requests for mediation at two-to-three month intervals. My requests for information have NEVER been excessive. Nevertheless, my concerns have never been addressed. Attorney routinely charges me $350.00 to talk to opposing counsel. For months. Wonder what they talk about? Last year attorney promised to discuss my 'options'. What are they? Zero communication. Zero results. Attorney ignores emails, advertised as free, (but always offers to engage in PAID phone calls). This firm seems practiced at feathering its own nest. Both my parents died and POA gutted my inheritance. I needed help. This firms has been an horrific experience. They have cost me my rights as a named beneficiary -- Florida Statutes seem to indicate that I may have some rights -- but you would never know it by this firm. I'm sure this firm will bury this review under other positive reviews. Please read them carefully. Find a firm which will represent your interests.

Chuck and the EPLLC team have handled all of my estate planning issues now for over 25 years and through several required revisions over time. They also took care of the estate planning of my parents after they moved to Florida from the Northeast and also assisted with the administration of their estates when required after their departure.
