After putting off creating a trust for longer than we should have, my husband and I were very pleased with Mr. Rasmussen’s knowledge and expertise in setting one up for us. Terrible customer experience. You couldn't pay me to go back.

Corey quickly prepared Power of Attorney Documents, Caregiver Agreement and Medical Directives after meeting with him with my 92 year old mother and my husband. We all came in over two years ago and paid him $900 for his drafting of these documents. We were told to call him and come back if we needed any updates or advice and we have left several voice mails for him and never received any call back. Not happy. Seems he does not want to continue helping us. And, please don’t say you have looked at your records and can’t find our name as ever coming to your office. We have the documents. Seems staffing problems should be addressed if you can’t find people’s names or take time out of your schedule to return calls. John and Jacquelyn Dressler for Mary E. Marsh.
