Estates and Elders Law PLLC
Reviews

The entire team at ELG was professional and courteous to us throughout the process, especially in taking the time in explaining the differences to us between our old North Carolina estate documents and what was required here in Washington. If you are looking for a quality and comprehensive estate plan you should not look any further than ELG!
Our experience with ELG Estate Planning was outstanding. Their service was everything they promised. The staff, the paralegal who assisted us and the attorneys were extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient with our questions. We had a last minute change which caused them a bit more work. ELG staff was so accommodating, saying “no problem; this happens from time to time”. We would absolutely recommend ELG Law Firm! Allen and Consuelo Gilbert
Kristie Smith did a great job! She was very helpful, and took great care to help us with estate planning. We were nervous going in, as I imagine many people are. It was a great experience having our questions and concerns answered fully. We left feeling prepared and at ease. I would recommend them to anyone!
Working with ELG was an exceptional experience from start to finish. They have a very comprehensive process that takes you from exploring what your estate planning need are, to receiving your executed documents in a conveniently organized binder. The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. I can't recommend them enough.
When my wife and I moved to Spokane from California 20 years ago, we brought our California Living Trust and Wills that we had prepared in California. Now that we are in our 70's, my wife and I wanted to update our Estate Plan, and make sure that our California documents were appropriate and right for us here in the state of Washington. Once I did a little research, I learned that my California legal documents may be exactly the wrong plan for us here in the State of Washington. I subsequently watched several YouTube videos by Attorney Lynn St. Louis, who is the founder and owner of Elder Law Group (E.L.G.) Estate Planning. I quickly learned that I needed to update our plan that would better fall within the constraints of Washington laws. As a former Chief of Police from California, I have developed a healthy caution when dealing with attorneys and law groups. In short, it's not easy for me to trust attorneys in general, but there was something that won me over, as I began to deal with the staff at E.L.G. My wife and I began our journey with a complimentary introductory meeting with one of their office managers who was very informative and helped my wife and I understand how we could benefit by updating our estate plan to a plan that adhers to Washington State laws. At the end of this meeting, we chose to hire their firm, because I was convinced they had a plan that would meet our specific needs and help us reach our financial goals. At the conclusion of this process, we were very pleased with the end product. Everyone we dealt with at this firm was polite, accessible and extremely knowledgable. In the event we asked a question that our representative did not know the answer to, they wrote the question down, and we then received a prompt response in writing within a day or so of our question. As the process came to a close, and we signed all of our documents with their in-house notary public, we were presented with a professional binder, which organized all of our legal documents. My wife and I strongly recommend this firm to anyone in need of estate planning.
