Sally A Lanham

Watched a customer call the young lady stupid because she didn’t have the items to make some sort of payment. But the young lady kindly asked her to leave, and continued to help customers as normal. Only came here cause the one I used to shop at closed down. But I had to come on here and say I loved how she handled that customer.

I went to the location in Lanham Md. The cashier was rude I'll never go back, i'm typically not a Sally's shopper but I had such a great experience at there store off of MLK in Maryland that I decided to go to this one, but the cashier/greeter need to be replaced with the young ladies from the other location on MLK... if you want a great experience while spending your hard earn money then don't go here...

Cashier had an attitude and refused to accept my return for some personal reason. Lied and told me I wouldn't be refunded in money. Read up on the return policy. Would not recommend this location

Mia was an outstanding person from the moment I walked in! She was so attentive and she was interested in saving me $ rather than a sale and that’s very admirable. If she’s not a manager she needs to be on immediately. Oh yeah, and customer service 10/10. I am very satisfied with my visit.

Terrible and disgusting attitude towards Hispanics cashier seemed very racist .
