I was just verbally assaulted by the "billing supervisor" who literally threatened me. I called with a question about commute time on the bill and this hood rat gets on and says her name. I respond with my name and that I have a question about the statement, to which she replies, "yeah? What's the question?" The most unprofessional interaction ever, which ended with her saying, "I do all the billing here, so you better watch who you're talking to!" I hadn't even said anything yet because I couldn't get a word in vertical. This girl talked like a gang member, which is a bummer because our attorney has been amazing thus far.

I definitely recommend staying away from this firm! Worst experience ever! Been almost a year after my court case has been settled, I still have not received any paperwork on finalized documents, they always have excuses, my fees were always paid up to date yet they still fail to communicate to a professional level I have emailed numerous times, walked into the office from living out out of state still to be left disappointed! Worst decision was to go with this firm !

The Firm is only looking out for their own best interest $$$$. Complaining of the work they are being paid to do. Unable to meet deadlines, numerous errors, bad discovery, no depositions, late filing, missed deadlines. These failures ultimately were the firms need to withdraw from my case after three years and after receiving over $100,000 of my hard earned money. Their unexplained, inconsistent, excessive and unreasonable billing was the excuse used to abandon my case and place blame on their client for non-payment....yes after they already billed and were paid over $100,000....my money and time wasted. You are only $$ in their eyes. Don't make the same mistake I did....they will only succeed in making your situation worse, leaving you to pick up the pieces with no remorse!!

Everyone associated with this law firm were very understanding and professional. Unfortunately my case didn't ended in my favor, but that was due to, in my opinion, a bias judge. But my attorney Lindsay Alverson was on top of everything. She gave a great fight! She was sympathetic to my legal issues. I would absolutely refer Estelle and Kennedy to anyone and everyone.

He is a beast and well connected. Very smart man who will not waste your time or sugar coat the situation. He comes up with the best strategies and really takes care of you and your family. He set mine up at the moment and in the future. Worth every penny! The team as really awsome and explain things well and set you up well. He represented me for years untill I moved out of state. Without him and his team I would of never had this opportunity.
