My only experience with the Sam Bernstein office was with Attorney Stan Feldman. He was very professional and knowledgeable. It was very evident that he listened to every word I told him, and read through every document to it's entirety. He caught things in documents given to him from the other party, that I didn't catch. During my deposition, I was nervous because I never been through anything like that before. Stan took the time to talk to me before the deposition, and made me feel very comfortable with his presence and confidence. He kept the other attorney in line. I felt like I had a bulldog on my side, and they had a poodle. Stan and I spent 4 1/2 hours together in a facilitation. He was very honest about the pros and cons of going to trial, and the pros and cons of settling. He made it quite clear that we were not going to ask for anything less than a certain amount, and he stuck with that. I told Stand the two things I wanted, if we were to settle, was justice for my daughter and for him to get paid what he deserves for everything he has done for me to that point. We did end up settling that day, but if we didn't, I knew I would have won that trial with no problems, with Stan representing me. Nobody ever wants to have to be in a situation where they need an attorney, but if you do, I will be recommending Stan Feldman until my last breath!

Do not go there. All they want is high end money to even take your case. If they think it's not enough money they won't take it. I was also told I wouldn't get any money for what I was suing for. Well I got a lawyer and he did help me and I got a settlement in 5 months.there not professional.

I highly recommend the Sam Bernstein law firm! I was involved in a serious auto accident as a passenger and it was the other party's fault. I can't stand their TV commercials !!!!nThey run their TV commercials over and overnOMG OVER AND OVER AND OVER.ndo they really need that many.nCome on we all know that you guysnAre lawyer gods and I'm sure they are great nAt your jobs but I just don't like seeing nTV commercials over and over it is very annoying. nSo I can only offer 1 star .
