I had some questions regarding the inheritance of firearms from my father, who lives in NY State and I live in NJ. What Evan Nappen does for the NJ residences by providing knowledge via his book NEW JERSEY GUN LAW BOOK & his Podcast is the best thing for NJ gun owners. If you own or are thinking of owning a firearm in NJ, then you must listen to his Weekley podcast AND read book. He is probably losing some customers due to informing them of the dumb laws NJ has. I have one at the Range, at my desk and I bring it to all my lessons I provide to keep all lawful gunowners informed. Thank you Evan Nappen for all you do.

Submitted a question to Mr Nappen's web site about what I felt were excessive documentation requirements requested by my local police department for a concealed carry permit renewal I applied for. I thought maybe I'll get an email response in a couple of days. To my amazement, not 5 minutes after pressing submit, I received a phone call from Mr. Nappen himself with legal advice about how best to handle my situation. Amazingly fast, personal response from the guy who knows what he's talking about when it comes to NJ firearms laws. As a firearms owner and/or concealed carrier, this is the guy you want in your corner if ever you have legal issues in this state. Highly recommend.

If you need a lawyer for a firearm matter make the call to Mr. Nappen. When I first spoke with Mr. Nappen he was very clear in his questions, explaining what I needed to do at that moment and I felt confident that I made the right decision. The next day I spoke with Timothy K. O’Dwyer, who was also outstanding and very professional, he kept me informed of the entire process and when there was an update he let me know immediately. These guys are the best of the best and I am confident that had I not used them, the outcome would have been very different. If you’re reading these reviews, chances are you need an attorney.
