As I am recently divorced, I owe it all to Brooke. Not only did she fight for me, but she fought for my minor child. Brooke is caring, compassionate, and fights for her clients. Brooke and her staff are professional, and knows the odds and ends to family court. I must say, Brooke is a BEAST in the court room.

Hailey Turnblad I can not thank enough ! It’s very very important to get the right lawyer . I wasted a lot of precious time, and a lot of money on a previous lawyer. Don’t want to go into details but the lawyer was WRONG and TERRIBLE ! Shameful. I had a very complicated case most firm but some on going) involving multiple situation's in this family case as actually there are a few lawyers involved . Hailey had not only lead me each and every time in the right directions , she made sure all things were done right ! Even the paperwork she made sure several areas was revised so I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. Hailey has even given me great advice and lead me the right direction in some other situations that didn’t even involve this case with her. I am not only giving the review for her but those in my situation so that can get a lawyer who’s excellent, knowledgeable , knows the laws , and is who is got to FIGHT for you every way she can !

Brooke was amazing from the first time I met her. She made my child’s needs her priority from the beginning and throughout everything. As a mom knowing that someone is there to look out for your child during such a hard time is so comforting and I respected the fact that she was clear from the beginning that she wasn’t there for me she was there for my child. And Kendall was the absolute best anytime I had to talk to her.

The manner in which they handled me and my legal matters greatly alleviated my stress during a very difficult and stressful time. They always responded promptly and answered any questions I had. Brooke Evans was an overly aggressive attorney with no regard that after the legal battle is over these families have to work together in the child’s best interest. I was a pro se defendant because my ex-wife Melody Zernikow (whose mom was Judge Morehead’s secretary at that time) made emotional abuse allegations against me. Yet my ex-wife never contacted the police or DSS. Brooke Evans made contact with the judge without my involvement and refused to even consider supervised visitation. I made a request for my daughter’s records from a therapist she was being treated by. These records included emails between Brooke, my ex-wife and the therapist. In one email Brooke refers to me as “crazy pants.” This is a violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct. That type of behavior is wholly unnecessary and makes it harder for the family to reconcile when the case is over. But then again when you have a family court judge in your back pocket and don’t care about unnecessarily harming the family what does it matter. After she won the case Brooke tried to submit her attorney’s fees that were not itemized. I was lucky enough to know to object and the judge ordered her to itemize her bill. If you are pro se Brooke will try to take advantage of you. I haven’t talked to my daughter in six years. However, I can take it all away on any given day.
