They each made the process easy to get through and handled everything in a timely manner. STEER CLEAR of Kelly -- the rude, smug, and condescending legal assistant. I was literally hesitant and uneasy when having to make contact with her. Her attitude is off-the-charts RUDE. Mr. Everhart, you're doing yourself and your practice a real dis-service by employing this miserable person. Kelly = negative 10 stars!

They lose sight of who you are, and forget who you are. Very slow, they do not care about you at all, they want is money and then more money, every excuse costs you more.Very rude once you payed them.
