Very unhappy and unsatisfied with the older woman / tax preparer there!! She made a mistake and error that put us into an unfortunate predicament to begin with so therefore I questioned her 30+yrs of experience !! On the day of my scheduled appt which was March 1st...the tax preparer failed to ask for and request a certain form from me !! I was not aware this was a document that I needed until I called almost three weeks later inquiring on my refund .. it was then that she had told me she had mistakenly skipped that step.. to which she replied go ahead and blame or make a complaint ..after completing the proper steps i then submitted the form she then explained to me again on how and when I should expect my refund !! And it’s very unprofessional of her to make the remark that she marked my file and that (they) this location won’t be interested in doing my taxes next year? I filed and made a complaint for her very poor behavior as a tax preparer of 30+years against her and this location !! When this was a mistake an error on her part to begin without!!

Wonderful people so nice! Got me the biggest tax return I've ever gotten with two kids help me with my kids while preparing taxes. Really great would recommend it to anyone

My preparer was super friendly and helpful! I was in and out in under an hour. I have been using JH for years but this was my first time at this location and I was not disappointed!
