Do not trust this firm. nI was power of attorney for an elder parent. I came to the Ferrino Law Offices with an intractable family issue of a sibling controlling my elder parent, isolating the elder and blocking communication and access even hiding injuries to the elder. Ferrino Law took $2500 and did a change to the elder's power of attorney papers to remove me (which shouldn't cost $2500). The change fully empowered the behavior of the controlling sibling and completely barred any communication and access to the elder for myself and my family. Instead of pursuing the question of the sibling Mary Poddlegar and Rose Ferrino took the easiest route and most profitable route at the expense of a family. Imagine not being able to see or speak with your elder parent. I complained to them and they were completely dismissive. nAgain, beware of this firm.
