My entire experience with this office was great from start to finish. Diana was wonderful to work with, always answering my questions and ensuring I understood each step of the process. Ashley was amazing to deal with also, she’s top tier when it comes to negotiating with physician offices. Due to her diligence, i received a much higher settlement than i was originally expecting. Mr. Falanga was very kind and ensured I was satisfied with the job complete and the services provided. Hopefully I never need to use their services again, but if I do I would definitely call this law office. 10/10 recommend.

I don't often offer reviews this positive but the representation I received from the firm of Falanga and Chalker was unbelievably good. The entire team, including Lorena, Vicki, Kobelah, along with Mr. Falanga were kind, supportive, and spectacular in helping to achieve the optimum result for my case. The process was long, draining and difficult and I never thought going to court would be necessary. It WAS. But Mr. Falanga's and Mr. Bennah's courtroom performances won my case vs. a stubborn insurance company. If you do not receive a fair settlement offer be assured these attorneys will fight hard for you in court. They knew what to do, were well prepared, and won my case against all odds.
