Unfortunately I cannot give a good review. The first time I talked with them they were excellent. The second time, the attorney kept asking me about my 3 sons (I don't have any sons) and other incorrect information. The attorney was caught off guard. I said 'I think you have the wrong person's information'. She said that is what was sent to her in the memo. Okay - well that is not my issue - is it? Mistakes happen. So I called back to make another appointment, start all over and give it all another chance. I left a detailed message. No one ever called me back. I called once more. No one every called me back. I gave up. Attorneys are supposed to be people you can trust.
