He is not reachable by phone nor respond to emails and letters recieve by his clients and the clients love ones. He was a poor attorney to represent my love one. He did not listen to his client voice about his case. Falk handle the case the way he wanted to which cause my husband case to drag longer. I believe if only he listen to his client and family about how to go about his case my Love would have been set free from court. Pro- He will answer questions when you can get him on the phone. Con- taking his time mailing motions to the courts on behalf of his clients. He lied to me several times about putting in my love appeal. Months later after my love court date and myself writing the federal courts on the update on case. Falk finally filing filed. Overall, I'll rate him as fair based on our he represented and handle my Love one case.
