I’d give 500 stars if I could. My situation is complex & overwhelming with my parents, I’m in my early 30s with no family in state to assist, and we are not a….very financially well-off family either. A 90 minute session with Sara (attorney) was MORE THAN worth the 90 min video they required I watch before the meeting (therefore, the meeting was free!) Dealing with and understanding Medicare, Medicaid, elderly parents separating, making sure myself and my fiancé are financially protected as we build our family - all of these struggles we were able to touch on in our meeting. Scheduling was an easy process - I don’t recall who I spoke with, but she was compassionate and reassuring the entire time. At our meeting, Sara helped me to understand the current situation better, figure out a game plan with possible options moving forward, and prioritize what actually needed to be dealt with. I STRONGLY urge anyone of any age or income, if you have any concerns regarding aging in the United States with respect to any aspect of your life (financial, family, assets or otherwise) this is the law firm you need to work with. I’ll definitely return to them with any matters I have for myself or my family moving forward.

Sara and Jack did a wonderful job guiding us thru Medicaid application for my elderly parents. They mapped out the whole process, informed us of possible pitfalls and helped us every step of the way. Zoe, the office manager was phenomenal and always cheerful. Everyone was professional and respectful. My wife and I had our own wills POA's done. Highly recommend. Don't do this alone. You will be very happy you sought help from Sara, Jack and Zoe.

I was assisted in creating a will etc by Jack. My daughter was with me at the appointments. We were both grateful for the assistance we received. This was new territory for me & the help i received was relaxed & low key; but we got it done. I was very pleased

Good info and very helpful for my situation. Willingness to patiently clarify any areas of uncertainty without rushing through. No pressure services sales tactics but let the info speak for itself.
