WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO OUR JUSTICE SYSTEM??? This is the most corrupt, unjust, unethical & passive Judge that I recently experienced. Hard evidence was provided about my ex husband selling & partying on cocaine, laundering money, fraud, forgery, embezzlement and the list goes on. HOW IS THIS LEGAL? HOW IS IT ETHICAL? I have no idea how this is allowed to happen and on top of that leave me with nothing and my ex is ordered EVERYTHING??? No home, no equity from our house that he kept, no vehicle out of the 4 "personal" ones we had, taxes left unfinished, no appraisals, why? Just Why? We are in a community property State for Christ sake! Something needs to be done!!! nnThis is so unjust for the legal system to so called "Operate" like this and effect so many other people's lives! Makes me wonder... was my Judge in on all of it as well? I can't for the life of me understand why would all of this go so called "unseen" with supporting evidence proving all of it be tolerated and why a Judge would allow such criminal activity take place in her court room? And WHY would a Judge not at least divide our community fairly 50/50? Why? Someone needs to get the attention of higher up....something is wrong! We need Justice and so do other families that have to go here!!! It's Corrupt & Immoral!!!

My husband and I have been dealing with a child support review for almost a year now. We always get rude and frustrated employees when calling to ask questions and getting help. I had the pleasure FINALLY to speak and work with the Court D court coordinator CARMEN NORWOOD-SIMS and let me tell you......VERY professional, kind and most of all did above and beyond her job to help us !!!! I told her I was so happy just to get a nice person on the other end of the phone that I was going to write a letter to the judge expressing how kind and helpful she was !!!!

HAD A COURT HEARING TODAY FOR RESTRAINING ORDER AGAINST MY EX HUSBAND FOR ASSAULTING MY CHILD FOR USING THE BATHROOM ON HIMSELF . BASICALLY WAS TOLD BY JUDGE HADDOCK THAT MY PICTURES AND HIS ADMISSION In A TEXT MESSAGE WASNT ENOUGH EVIDENCE AND THAT I NEED CPS AND POLICE IN COURT AND BASICALLY SHE ACTED LIkE SHE DIDNT CARE . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DIDNT REALLY LET ME FINISH MY SENTENCES OR LOOK AT THE REST OF THE EVIDENCE I HAD. IF MY SON DIE BECAUSE THE SYSTEM FAILED TO PROTECT HIM I DONT KNOW WHAT I WILL DO. ALSO THIS IS THE SAME JUDGE THAT WAS IN MY DIVORCE THAY KNOWS THE HISTORY OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE AND EVIDENCE OF MY EX HUSBAND ABILITY TO HURT SOMEONE

Judge Harris handled my relative's case. Oh mylanta!! That judge was hostile!! This relative's attorney was overruled when objections were made!! The whole experience was very traumatic for said person. This person was railroaded!! This person is an awesome parent!! So unfair and unjust!!

So I came down here for a friend.... The website says they open at 7:30.... I had to wait more than 30 minutes just to get helped because they claim that they don't open until 8.... The Hispanic lady was very very rude! It's hard enough to deal with some of the rules and regulations of the state without having to deal with a secretary on a power trip!!!!
