No one ever answers the phone!!????????

Never answer phone. I've been on hold for over an hour. This is my 5th attempt

I've now been on hold for 2hrs and 40min and still no answer I GIVE UP!!! And now it's after 11:30am and they closed the phone lines... WAS IT EVER EVEN OPEN TO BEGIN WITH... who knows!!!
