Terrible lawyer. Mr. Prain comes off annoying to jury members, doesn’t know when to keep his mouth shut. Irritates the judge. Thankfully I did not need to be his client to observe his inappropriate behavior and “work” he does. If you want things done in a fair and timely manner, he is not your guy.
