I hired Farah and Farah for a car accident I was involved in and they have been amazing from the start. I found them from listening to a radio commercial. Chanel was the initial person I spoke to who got the case started, and she was so kind and helpful. She was so patient with me, listened to every concern, and answered every question I had. Then I spoke to my case manager, Dona, who was really great and put all my fears at ease. She was so kind to me and I feel like she really cares. Sherry, the legal assistant, is a godsend and handles every detail like a pro! She takes care of things for you from finding a chiropractor for you to handling all the paperwork. They’re all easily available to get a hold of when you have any questions that come up. Being involved in a car accident really shook me up, but knowing I have these amazing people that have my back 100% throughout the whole process really is incredible. Having F&F represent me was very helpful. They took care of my appointments with doctors and were always available to answer my calls or texts. All I had to do was concentrate on getting the 2 herniated disks pain in my neck better. Right after the accident I was at a loss for what to do. So glad I called Farah and Farah.
