I put in one star because there is no choice lower. This guy called me up to discuss doing business and we scheduled an appointment in Downey which was the halfway point from his office to my office. When I got there he wasn’t anywhere in the building and after several calls to his office he finally texted me that he couldn’t make the appointment because his grandmother was taken to the hospital after I had waited for over a half hour. A few weeks later he texted me to reschedule and sure enough 15 minutes before I arrived at the rendezvous point he once again texted that something came up and he couldn’t meet with me that day. In total I wasted five hours of my time on him.
