Mr. Usman Farooqui is the best real estate lawyer in the NYC Metro area. He assisted me with one of the most complicated real estate transactions ever which had so many issues but Mr. Farooqui was always on top of everything and answered all of my questions clearly and was extremely patient with me. Him and his team always picked up my calls which is something a lot of lawyers don't do. I really felt that he had my best interest at heart and even got the seller to agree to give a reasonable seller's credit on the deal.
