I agreed to join a Class Action suit in 2016. Signed a settlement statement in 2020. Was initially told my settlement check was in-processing and should be mailed to me within a few weeks. That started in 2020. The majority of calls I made to inquire about claim status, I was forwarded to “the person working my case” only to land at the voicemail of that person. Zero, as-in none, were returned. Nor did I receive a voicemail . From the conversations I’ve had with the sponsoring law firm, Nachawati has not been responsive to them either. I’ve finally reached my breaking point and decided to read the reviews about Nachawati. Holy Cow! I should have done this a long time ago. By far, my case isn’t the exception…it appears to be the rule. I join the others in recommending potential clients look elsewhere for legal services.

This law firm is the worst. I would not EVER use them again. They took my Mom's case over 6 years ago. They contacted her. Six years later no word, no call backs, no emails, nothing. The portal they say they set up is bogus. Gave me wrong info so I cannot get in and now they will not return my call. Rip off law firm. Ambulance chasers, then they rip off their clients. Sad excuse for a law firm. Call a dead lawyer before calling these folks. The deaf guy will get you farther than these clowns do

*TO ALL COMING HERE TRYING TO DECIDE IF YOU SHOULD GO WITH THIS COMPANY OR NOT, PLEASE READ ALL OF MINE & OTHERS REVIEWS*. Not just here, look at all reviews everywhere because SOME companies (not saying they did that here) tend to write their own really good reviews to try and make up for the bad. It’s a down right shame people in such circumstances can be treated so badly. I filed a bladder mesh claim almost 7 YEARS ago. Finally received an offer in October. Signed paperwork and sent copy of ID. Like everyone else, when I call for information, it is like I’m bothering them and they get rude with ME because I’m new to all this & just trying to get information. I’ve learned a LOT of what happens next by googling it. I had NO idea there was such a thing as a Medicare lien & if you win any kind of suit, they go to Medicare FIRST to settle this lien. That can take months to negotiate & settle. So don’t think because a suit is settled you are about to get paid. No one there gets in any hurry unless you are a major client/name and do an individual suit. If you are part of a bigger group winning a multi litigation suit, you definitely don’t get treated as an individual. I may not be very knowledgeable when it comes to all this, but I do know when I’m being disrespected & brushed off. Even AFTER they receive funds from a multi litigation, they get in no hurry to get you what rightfully belongs to you. If you are considering this company to represent you, make sure you read all reviews everywhere, look at the generic responses the company gives, & the length of time people have been waiting. Have whoever you hire to explain in detail about how it all works & the process. Make sure you are treated as the individual you are. Make sure the company acts like they care about you and your situation. Ask LOTS of questions before hiring.

I have been begging for my settlement. I call and can't ever get a return call or email. Nothing! My case started in 2016. The settlement was reached in 2020. I signed my settlement package in January of 2020. The lawyers won't return calls. I was told it was out of their hands and a Settlement law firm was handling my case. That the VA was the HOLDING up. Again, not true. It does not take four years for the VA to respond. I have contacted the VA because of my financial situation and they have assured me they were not the hold up.

This firm has had my case for almost 9 years, maybe longer and has done absolutely nothing. I am regretting using this Law Firm and is looking into another resource for my IVC filter case which was supposedly setted last year. I constantly inquiring about updates on my case & the MSA staus and they continue to repeat that it was sent to the defense for signature an entire year ago. I don't trust that this Law firm is honest about settlement time, dates and negotiations on behalf of the clients. They are using stall settlement tactics that benefits this firm financially at the clients expense that should be invested. They are not transparent about final settlement offers and negotiations
