Had a great Lawyer & experience!! Good settlement and overall worth it going to them. Would do it again if I had to. I was beginning to feel ignored. I left a message on 8/13/24. On 8/28/2024 I spoke with a woman that said no new notes & something about not clear what happened & would send me an email which was never received. On 9/01/2024 I spoke to a Leslie that said she'd put me on hold while she checked something. However, while on hold a recording came one saying leave a message stating office days & hours. Today, 9/06/24 I left another hot under the collar message. I finally received a call back from Marilyn Cruz who explained what's going on with my case. She asked if she needed to update anything & I gave her my new address & new home phone number. She was a very polite and calmed me down. She's very good at her job & very nice to speak with. I must admit I had to go through a lot of computer voicemail recordings, but I was persistent about speaking to a live person and it paid off.
