"I do not know how this could be a 5 star rated attorney because I sent them an email yesterday to bankruptcy which was May 10, 2017 and they refused to respond. A good 5 star attorney would include in responding as well regardless via phone or via email and if a phone number is not provided in email than an attorney should ask for a phone number that is if they wish to contact by phone. I have to rate a 1 here simply because they had failed to respond."
