I’m not an attorney nor do I fully understand legal terms. I called to simply ask a question and was treated like absolute trash by the receptionist. I have never felt so awful after getting off a brief phone call with someone as I did with her. I would never ever use this law firm.
Hello, I called this attorney specifically attorney Kelly Gordon on three separate occasions perhaps even more seeking consultation and possible representation on a child support case in Sangamon county. First each and every time I place a call the secretary is so nasty and so rude it’s hard to even get to her voicemail however I managed and left several voicemails and have not received one phone call back. I placed a final call today to find out if she was just that busy or just that rude and unprofessional and I found out the latter the secretary hung up on me first time I called I’m sure they have caller ID I don’t block my number and I’m calling from the same number I’ve always called from she one picked up and slammed the phone down. I insisted and called back she picked up with the nastiest of attitudes I’ve ever experienced and said Kelly’s in a meeting do you want her voicemail?? Wow I would advise all people of color and those on the side of courtesy and professionalism to steer clear of this law firm they’re rude and unprofessional and are certainly not a equal opportunity service.
I left a message and an e-mail and the secretary told me they would get back to me, they never did, I called again, the next week, and she yelled at me saying he has so many e-mails and phone calls and that he can't just get to everyone. Incredibly rude and passive aggressive on the first phone call. They were highly incompetent and have an absolutely ridiculous way of handling business. I would not recommend this business.
John Morse is arm amazing attorney. They are handling my divorce too. Pricey maybe, but they don't nickel and dime you on hours. They probably don't charge 20% of the time they spend on you.
