Very rude. Clerk of courts gave me this number saying this was my public defenders cell. I called as I was told and there had to be mistake on there end and this was not my public defender but Patricia was very rude and agitating and she was not understanding that her number is being given out and being told that her phone number belongs to someone else.

When we needed an attorney for emergency custody, we called a few attorneys and in the end we decided on Attorney Ferguson. We knew after our first meeting with her that she was very experienced and passionate about her work. Our case started Dec. 2018 and did not end until March 2023 due to the pandemic and other obstacles related to the defendants. There were periods of months between court cases and initially I thought to myself that Attorney Ferguson surely would forget the details of our case and not be well prepared but that was never the case. I am currently dealing with an emergency custody and divorce case. Ms. Ferguson was the attorney who advice me from the very beginning to not get back with my husband back in May, 2022. I do recommend her and believe she will do everything in her power to fight for you. I know that people provide some low rating based on how she speak but your attorney is not supposed to be your best friend. She has a strong personality and that’s what makes her a good lawyer because she’s not going going to tolerate nonsense from the opposing party.
