DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. This firm is the absolute worst. My father came to them after being involved in a 18 wheeler accident in December and they were TERRIBLE! They received the police report and all needed information about the case and were back and forth on if the other party had insurance or not. The lawyer (Yolan) would say the party at fault did and the legal aid (Maria) would said otherwise. They did not do their due diligence on gathering information regarding the case. Did not contact the company that the 18 wheeler was contracted through to find out if/why they were allowing this driver to haul loads while uninsured. They never returned phone calls and never had updates on his case. Both he and I would call and the calls were always screened with no response. Then in February after weeks of no response the legal aid sends him an email stating that the firm does not maintain an interest in the claim and will no longer represents him in this. They send him on his way with nothing. I’m telling you this firm will waste your time and energy. ????GO ELSEWHERE, ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS FIRM!
