The attorney I hired at this firm left. My case was handed to Mr. Winder. I was keep in the dark about a lot of my case. I was not given a lot of info. When it came time to settle my case I was left in the dark. 1 year later I found out that all my right was gone.n1 year later do to and engine problem and my truck being in a shop for 9 months. I needed to go to legal. when i did I found out all my right were gone. I was never told about any of this. If you like being keep in the dark and treated like you do not matter Then this firm might be for you! npersonally, I will never use them.
