Had to use these guys for a business valuation in a divorce. Valuation was on a private company and they used public company multiples. Arbitrarily changed numbers of gross margin because we told them a large job was not as profitable as it should have been, so instead of using that information as a footnote they changed the margin on the sales for that job to reflect historical margin. They took almost a year and charged 40K what a joke. Obviously if you know someone there and want the numbers to come out in your favor this is the place to go.

Services were not really explained as far as billing or client service model. I was charged for significant time my CPA spent talking about her family. I found them to be slow to respond or not returning calls at all. Paid a lot, service was disappointing.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. They are family and friends of owners/employees. This is a terrible company with arrogant reps. Stay away. You will thank me later. There aren't enough employee family members and friends to cover up for the number of people this company treats poorly. Time will tell.

My accountant has been always available for me. He also does the work for me in a timely manner. His pricing is very fair and reasonable.

Best service and advice I have gotten for 50 loyal years! Has saved me millions of IRS extortion dollars.
