Scott Fiddler is the kind of attorney that gives other attorneys a good name. He is a very intelligent hard working perfectionist who helped my company win a counter lawsuit after successfully defending us in a lawsuit. From day 1 he told me a general plan of how things were going to play out. A year later, when I look back at my notes, he was 98% accurate! He knows the law and is very ethical. My previous attorney had charged me for research on things that Scott has taught classes on. His associate, Andrew is cut from the same cloth and was very easy to work with and also extremely intelligent. Both attorneys would answer my calls or get back to me within 24 hours and answer all of my questions. When the other side's attorney, was in a bar living it up, the night before a deposition, Scott and Andrew were working in their office late into the night. Guess which side won.
