This fern absolutely miss handled my case to the tune of $13,300 a month. Your account will never have a balance. Because he constantly depleted. And when you don’t have money in your account they won’t talk to you or represent you. I was with this firm almost 9 months. And the only made my case worse because they didn’t resolve the issues before then. I have had 271 sanctions against me because if they were missed filing with the courts. When I left the firm I gave them a negative review on Yelp. The yelp review was getting so much attention that they contacted me and offered me $5000 to take my post down. With some negotiation and with an understanding that we would still go to arbitration I agreed. After taking the post down they refused to pay me the $5000. Then they reported me to a collection agency for $1800. Dishonesty and deception doesn’t even describe the venom of this firm. Do not trust them! They will stretch your case out as far as they can. And find every reason not to settle. Be aware!!!
Julia the attorney, she is very skillful and professional, she's a good fighter for her client's rights. I've received legal and professional defence services concerning domestic violence and custody case. Thank you so much Julia.
I started this process myself, I was filed for child custody after 11 1/2 years of having Sole Legal and Physical custody. Needless to say I was shocked and caught off guard and had no idea what to do. I was concerned I was filed on because I had filed for child support for the first time and didn't know what to do. The starting process was long, scary and I was piecing things together beings this process was new to me. Finally I decided I needed help, an attorney. I am a single mom and don't have much money so I was worried. I found Julia and called her. She directly answered her phone, I was able to meet me at her office within one hour of speaking to her, she worked with me on price because she knew I could not afford much. She sat with me answered all my questions and was knowledgeable of the court system and was so helpful. She reorganized all my paper work, helped me fix what was incorrect, edited a very important response paper for the judge, reformatted paperwork so it looked super professional, and even took initiative and informed and filled out court documents I didn't even know existed that can help my case, and she kept in constant contact with me throughout the process. And had it all done 15 minutes before the time she said she would. She understood that this was so very important to me and that custody was no joke and that these papers frazzled me because of the situation. She was kind and understanding and so helpful to me in this process. Thanks Miranda Family Law!
Julia in my experience has gone above and beyond on helping me with my pleadings to court. She is always willing to take the time, whether it is in the office or over the phone to provide solid advice in family law matters. I can highly recommend Julia.
Julia Miranda worked tirelessly on my case and took a personal interest in the safety of my children. I have had other attorneys, but none can compare to her in her knowledge, compassion, and genuine desire to help. I didn't have the ability to pay and she came up with a plan that was more than fair and gave me the time I needed to pay off my fees. It was all the proof I needed to see that, although she has to make a living, she's much more interested in doing what's right and helping people in the courtroom. The other reviews I read sadden me because they could not be further from my experience with Ms. Miranda.
