FINRA is anti-retail investors to ever exist. Do your job correctly! Fix MMTLP, it’s been 445 since 65,000 investors money have been held hostage. #Finrafraud

FINRA cannot be trusted to execute the mission of safeguarding markets. They utterly failed in their actions with MMTLP and the U3 halt and give no answers as to why they did it. They failed to force a reconciliation of shares in this now private company leaving a gigantic mess for 75+ days with no end in sight. They tried to cover their tracks by backdating information in their website after getting sued in federal court. Avoid this organization at all cost!

I invested in a preferred share that had massive shorting against it due to a FINRA approved S1 that said that it would trade through 12/12. During this time the shorts would have to cover as the preferred share was being exchanged 1:1 for shares of a private company. 3 days left to trade the shorts drove the price way down...no worries, they had 2 days that they had to close position. IN steps FINRA to "halt" trading and destroy legitimate investors and bail out criminal counterfeit shorting. FINRA appears to be either extremely incompetent, as they had about a year to get this right, or complicit in criminal activity. FINRA needs to be thoroughly investigated and naked shorting laws enforced. MMTLP is the preferred share.

My capital has been in limbo for over 100 days because FINRA employee Ari Rubenstein instituted a U3 Halt on MMTLP to protect his own short position on the asset. SRO's should not be allowed to partake in the US equity market, and perhaps shouldn't even exist. Can you say "conflict of interest!?"
