If there were more stars to give, I'd give them. I had the pleasure of working with Jena Cauley on a tenant/landlord case. I could not be happier with the way this case went, and not just because we won. The level of customer service and communication was amazing. Even when there was no news, I got an update. Initially, I posted an upset review for Jena because my first encounter with her wasn’t so pleasant. She responded to my review and asked me to call or email her. I took the chance, and called her and immediately let her know who I was. She truly apologized, and informed me of a few things, and also stated that it’s no excuse, and she was sorry for the first interaction I had with her. Then I was able to get my consultation over the phone with her, which was amazing. She is very knowledgeable, and even let me know a few things I honestly wouldn’t have even thought of. She took time to hear me out, gave me honest feedback, which is what I needed, and wasn’t around the bush with anything. She told me things she could do to help me with my situation, and made it sound so easy. She was very nice and very friendly just like the other reviews say, and I would definitely have her as my lawyer. She was very funny too! She made me feel like she cared. The first experience I had with her is a distant memory, since she really tried to make up for it, and honestly she did. Don’t hesitate to call her, because she has the info you need, and trust me, you won’t mind paying for her services because you will feel like you can trust her, her firm, and her word. After calling different law offices and being directed to different people it was a very great breath of fresh air that when I called Jena at First Coast Legal Group and she didn't refer me to anywhere else, she listened to me and offered to help. It was a battle with our previous landlord and they were taking serious advantage of me and my roommate.
