I was injured on the job when chemicals spill went into my eyes. Had to seek medical attention at the hospital and thought my company would cover the bill they did not but led me to believe they did. Mr Fitzpatrick and his team of paralegals should not be working for anybody, The office worked for me for a year and I use the word work very loosely. It was a worker's comp case, Mr Fitzpatrick never even let me know I was being followed or surveilled, never took phone calls and was always out of the office until next Monday no matter what day of the week. Cassartello & Murphy, Springfield Mass they get results finally got to the bottom of my case and Fitzpatrick put a lien on my settlement for $8,000 when he did no work on my case What a shame people be warned , This attorney and his circus of paralegals is a rip off go the other way Don't trust them

Adam Halpin was my attorney for workers comp/work injury which led to diabetic ulcer which in turn caused me to have my right foot amputated adam had called and told me to settle case at 20000 cause if insurance found out I collected unemployment I'd get nothing and if I accepted offer and anything happened down the road I could go back n sue dunking for more come to find out he's a liar just looking to steal any money he can using lies to make you believe him
