Daniel Flaherty from this law firm is the Attorney that represented me in 2 cases. Daniel Flaherty is a thief that quoted me 5000 dollars for child custody case and a home partition case than charged 7000 dollars without any explanation. Daniel Flaherty is a dead beat type of attorney that is non responsive to his clients and will derail your case to rob his clients of more money like he did with me. 7 months later and nothing came from both cases, he failed to resolve the child custody case when the other parent is putting my kids in danger by committing immigration fraud that he never brought up to prolong the case so he can steal more money from me and the house was never sold in the partition case because he seen money from the house sale so he wanted to prolong the case to STEAL more money, now neither cases are resolved and this crooked Attorney stole 7000 dollars of my hard earned money. My advice is find an attorney NOT a thief like Daniel Flaherty and this law firm as other clients are posting the same negative reviews of this business.

Lack professional behavior. He lied in court, brought statements without any proof. Threatening the other party and bulling to get more money from his clients. Frederick Costello is the most unethical lawyer yo can get.
