James Fleischer and the Team at Fleischer Law Office did a great job handling my client's real estate transaction! They were organized, efficient, and accommodating. When we needed to move settlement to the next day, eventhough there wasn't time on their schedule, they made time to fit us in. Whether it meant coming in early or staying late they were willing to go the extra mile. This means a lot when clients are anxious, emotions are high and movers are already scheduled. Wonderful people! We used them when we bought our house recently. Small office but big smiles and hearts. They were professional yet personable. When we walked in it was like we had known each other already and they made going over long drawn out paper work not so bad and were very helpful explaining when we had questions.

Where do I begin... This has to be the worst law firm that I have ever worked with! If you're trying to close a real estate deal this most definitely not the company. They got our contract around March the 22nd and we were supposed to close on the 29th. There were some title issues and on the 12th day they decided to tell me they can't help me fix the title issues. I then go to another company and it's fixed within 2 weeks. We send that information back to them for the close (buyer insisted) they then send back something else they need that they could have sent the first time. Mind you that I never spoke to the lawyer the whole time. The paralegal Addison was very condescending in how she articulated herself. She didn't communicate well at all. The day before closing I'm told they didn't realize we had a seller finance contract after having the contract for over a month. They got the numbers wrong on our Hud document, and to add insult to injury after everything was complete and the check was cut they took a day to wire our money over. I wouldn't recommend this law firm to sell a monopoly board property! Absolutely TERRIBLE. No Urgency, No communication, no attention to detail, no care in the world especially not about you, your finances, your family, or your transaction. negative 100 stars. Don't believe me? Hire them for your close.
