Looking for a lawyer who may have to take on a case where a lawsuit is placed against a Real Estate Contract Holder. I was told before meeting the lawyer, that I will have to pay between $200 to $400 to speak with him for 30 minutes. And that he may not be able to take my case but I needed to pay before hand. Even though I took 3 minutes to explain my case to the office personnel who relayed what I said to him, to the lawyer in the office. There are other lawyers....
