Don M. Benson, Attorney

Called for a consultation and Mr. Benson was rude and condescending. I repeatedly explained that I had fired my previous lawyer for ineptitude and was trying to hire a new firm to take over. He and his staff kept telling me there were ethical rules which prohibit them from taking on my case if I already have a lawyer. I clearly stated I did NOT have a lawyer anymore and was pro se. They clearly don't care about helping people.
