I worked with Kelli Fogarty for an attorney review of a condo purchase (based on a referral from a friend), and it was clear she did her homework about my purchase and the came to the closing table super prepared. Along the way, she explained very well the 'Cliffnotes version' of all the legal language, ensuring me a smooth and seamless deal closing! She even caught some errors in the accounting that saved me hundreds (that I would not have been able to catch myself because of the lawyer-speak in the contract)!
