Worst experience I have ever had with a law firm. This was a divorce request after 23 years of separation, no minor children or property to divide. There was very little communication in regards to the status of my divorce, which became very stressful for me. I had to leave messages or email to receive any information, all communication was handled by the paralegal. The only communication I had with the owner Mr. Foley was when I retained the firm in the pursuit of my divorce. Incorrect paperwork was filed several times with the court, which extended the time frame of the case. I had to contact the court myself several times to see if the corrected paperwork had been filed by the attorneys office. The court clerk contacted the attorneys office for me, letting them know the paperwork they submitted was not complete. I can only assume if it’s not a big money case for the attorneys at this law firm they choose to not communicate with you, letting the Paralegal do the work. Divorce finally granted on 2-28-20, didn’t receive my refund from the retainer I gave them until 5-6-20, It took several emails to finally receive it. I had to contact them again to receive the certified divorce degree, which I finally received on 5-16-20. The End!
