I've been going here for about 10 years now. When my DC doctor no longer accepted my insurance, I brought her a list of about 8 or 10 doctors, and she picked Dr Bledsoe. I have never been disappointed. She's knowledgeable, kind and thorough.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE FRONT OFFICE! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. LUNCH VOICE MESSAGE IS ON BEYOND LUNCH HOURS. OFFICE CLOSED VOICE MESSAGE IS ON MOST OTHER TIMES. DRS. HAVE A GOOD BEDSIDE MANNER...BUT STAFF IS RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNPLEASANT! JACKIE, ONE MEMBER OF THE STAFF LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME WHILE SHARING MY FRUSTRATION ABOUT NEVER GETTING THROUGH TO THE OFFICE. WHEN I IMMEDIATELY CALLED BACK I WENT DIRECTLY TO VOICE MAIL! SHE EXPRESSED ZERO CONCERN THAT AS A PATIENT I WAD UNABLE TO REACH THE OFFICE FOR WEEKS! UNEXCEPTABLE!!!

Dr Ford is very professional and has excellent customer service. He takes time with his patients and really shows that he cares about their well being.
