I'm local, violated by more than one local providers, but I was refused service to detail one occurance to this firm. I am waiting to hear back on why I am not eligible for service. It's experience that I believe legal representation, and access is a right, for it being a necessity to live and function, and those details feel injurious to experience again, and again, and at present. In fact, my landlord didn't think I had religious rights this morning, and I had to sign off on something that I didn't agree to, and that violate me. "You know, in the United States, I have religious freedom." "You know, I have never dealt with that until the covid shots." Without a lawyer, I pay $535 for a finished shed as an apartment, not equipped for weather, locally to the apartment or city wide, no air quality besides opening windows (something I was told not to do)... I just can't really believe this is a real country, because everything sucks so bad. Rural has been a nightmare, everyday. So you can't connect the sewers, to pump floods to other regions? You can't fit houses with water distillation, and water restructure thingys? It's technically not livable, and whatever about me can't get a lawyer, except thankfully that time I had a warrant for trespassing at my home (but he only did the case, and not the damages, etc). "Organized landfill", "cars all over the runways, and no bikes or pedestrians anywhere--car graveyard, cars everywhere", "finished shed"... And, companies that buy insurance, for specific reasons, but are extraneously punitive against people who the insurance serves, that the company finds itself incapable of meeting all of its ideal obligations on its own... Called back for a legal emergency, the landlord violating the lease terms, discriminating against me, and so on. I was told that the lawyer who received the intake, was so booked that he can't take the case, although I was told I would get a call. The secretary said she doesn't know who takes those kinds of cases, and I asked how does she classify the case, and she said she doesn't know, and I followed with, but your sure no one will take my case, and she said yes, and I told her that sounds abusive, and she apologized that I could notice that...
