Dr Shugarman is an excellent psychiatrist. He truly loves the field and it shows. I would highly recommend him to all of my friends.

I had previously posted a negative review of Dr. Shugarman- but it was my mistake, I thought I had posted that review for another entity.nSince I am here, I will share that I had no problems with the doctor. I only saw him a couple of times, and would have no problem recommending him to others.

I've worked with Dr. Shugarman as a colleague for many years. He is an incredibly bright psychiatrist, a warm and compassionate provider of medical care, and an exceptional forensic expert. I've felt very confident referring clients to him, knowing they will receive excellent care.
