"Your Fired" - That's what my former employer said. Here's your severance - 2 weeks. Plus your accrued vacation. Take it or leave it. Oh- and you can't compete with us, and we can disparage you, but you can't us. That's fair, right? Well after working Michael and Diane at Formisano and Company - within weeks and a couple of turns of the agreement it was much more equitable , and it needed to be. It's important for the fired employee to protect themselves. Leveraging Formisano and Company is imperative if your terminated from your company. I totally endorse their work, but hopefully won't ever need them again!!!
